Victoria Children Foundation was set up in
November 2004 with the aim to promote the wellbeing of orphaned
children in Russia and to significantly reduce the number of
children living in residential homes and other institutions, by
2015.
Victoria Children Foundation seeks to contribute to
preservation and reunification of family environment for children;
and if a child cannot stay in a family, we try to provide
opportunities for such children to develop necessary skills and
competences. The Foundation also encourages local communities and
individual volunteers to provide support for orphaned children and
families in a difficult situation.
In 2009 year 6000 children from 300 orphanages took part
in Foundation programs.
JOIN US TO HELP ORPHAN CHILDREN!
- You can participate in the program “House for
decent life” through becoming a client of “Uralsib Bank” (more
information on this can be found on www.bankuralsib.ru);
- You can transfer money to the Foundation directly for
orphan-children support
- you can help in organization of special events by providing
transfers for kids’ s excursions, provide conference halls for
training specialists who work with the kids, communicate with kids
directly by inviting them to your working place and telling them
about your own profession.
- You can participate in the Foundation programs as a
volunteer
- You can offer professional psychological help and legal
advices to the orphan children, adopting families as well as the
specialists who work with kids and their new
families.
